Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the trailer must be in the same condition as when it was received. It must not have been modified, damaged, or misused after delivery.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. Pro Horse Trailers will coordinate and cover the return freight at no additional charge to you.

Refunds

Once the returned trailer is received at our facility and passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the initial checkout.

Inspection Process

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the trailer shows signs of:

  • Damage or wear beyond what is expected from a standard inspection.
  • Alterations or modifications made after delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • Damage occurred due to improper handling, towing, or misuse.
