Warranty Coverage

  • New Trailers: All newly manufactured trailers come with a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refurbished Trailers: Refurbished units are thoroughly inspected and restored to functional condition. We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering major functional components.
  • Used Trailers: These products are sold as-is with no additional warranty; however, we disclose all known defects at the time of sale to ensure transparency.

What is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Structural Integrity: Defects in the frame, chassis, or body.
  • Major Functional Failures: Issues affecting the intended safe use of the trailer (e.g., axle or hitch manufacturing defects).
  • Manufacturing or Refurbishment Errors: Mistakes made during the assembly or restoration process.

Note: Minor cosmetic issues (such as scratches or scuffs), wear from normal use, or damage resulting from misuse or accidents are not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
