Order Processing & Daily Cutoffs
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.
- Handling Time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
- Weekend Processing: Purchases completed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will enter processing the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is verified and your trailer enters our transport queue.
Shipping Rates & Logistics Costs
- No Minimum Purchase: We do not require a minimum order value to complete a trailer purchase.
- Transparent Pricing: All freight and transport fees are calculated and clearly shown at checkout prior to final payment.
- Freight Guarantee: Because horse trailers require specialized flatbed or oversized haulers, the delivery price displayed at checkout represents your final, all-inclusive shipping rate.
Estimated Transit Times
After processing is complete and your trailer leaves our facility, estimated transit windows include:
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Note: Delivery windows are estimates. Oversized transit times may fluctuate due to severe weather, road conditions, or Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations. Direct tracking details and carrier contact information will be provided upon dispatch.
Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery of oversized equipment, buyers must meet the following criteria:
- Site Accessibility: The drop-off location must safely accommodate a commercial, full-sized tractor-trailer.
- Adult Signature Required: An adult (18 years or older) must be present at delivery to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Mandatory Delivery Inspection: Inspect the exterior and mechanical components thoroughly prior to signing off. Document any visible shipping damage with photos and make explicit notes directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
