1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing from Pro Horse Trailer (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Inventory & Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive to ensure all horse trailers specifications, dimensions, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing, cancel orders resulting from inadvertent pricing errors, or adjust transit charges prior to order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment or approved financing confirmation is required before any trailer is queued for processing or carrier pickup. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.
4. Shipping & Delivery Conditions
- Site Access: Buyers must guarantee that the designated drop-off location safely accommodates a trailer.
- Delivery Acceptance: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the trailer and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any damage incurred during transport must be noted directly on the driver’s delivery receipt and photographed before the carrier departs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our official 30-Day Return Policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Returned trailers must be in original physical and mechanical condition with all legal titles and manuals included.
- Exclusions: Trailers that have been modified, damaged, or used to transport livestock post-delivery are ineligible for return.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pro Horse Trailer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, road conditions, or Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory stops.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pro Horse Trailer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
